There are moorings alongside the 'Grand Junction Arms' at Bulbourne, Tring. This canal-side pub has a great menu and seating inside and out. 10 minutes further and you'll reach 'Waters Edge' restaurant which has incredible food, great service and friendly staff. They also have seating inside and outside.

Our boats are not equipped for overnight stays and should return to Cow Roast Marina each evening.

We have two boats; Albert and Victoria. Each is suitable for 10 people.

Narrowboats are not fast; walking is quicker. If you're moving faster than pedestrians on the towpath, you're likely speeding.

We don't mind if you want to party on a boat, but we do ask that you keep it classy.

We don't allow "stag" or "hen do" parties. You're welcome to come with a group of friends, but we ask that everyone behave in a calm and respectful way. If you show up drunk or rowdy, we won't be able to let you board the boat—and because this is a strict policy, there will be no refunds given under those circumstances.

You may certainly bring alcohol on board but please don't bring a ton of it. The boats weigh 12 tons and are made of thick steel plate. What could possible go wrong?
